I will admit that this week I have partaken in my fair share of my son's Halloween candy. (There is a good reason only kids go trick-or-treating.) I was eating so much of it that I had to make my husband take the rest of it to work just to get it out of the house. It doesn't help that my sweet little boy has turned into a little terror for the last week. (I think the term "terrible 2's" is a BIG misnomer.) So stress + Halloween candy = 0.8 pound weight loss. Yes I know a loss is a loss but I was hoping for more of one. Oh well, at least the candy is out of the equation and I have been trying to use exercise to relieve the stress. So I can give me a "Go Me" for the exercise decision.
Anyway it has been a long day and so...
Here is to a healthier me in the next week.
